I LOVE THE ENERGY IN THIS!!! you made it very descriptive and silly goofy which is always fun when playing a text based game. You really take the player through a fun little journey with a bunch of twists and turns along the way!
The goal is to make it to the top of the tower. I don't know why but I was over thinking we it came to the two gargoyle. The narrator is greatly written although I don't get the cheese joke, I just wanted to cut some cheese. The greatest treasure one can truly desire a hot dog. I didn't think was going to make it to the top, but I did.
I was supposed to be questing to the top of a tower for treasure. I didn't do that I stood still against the lions and the narrator got mad. I didn't encounter any issues but I did very much enjoy the tone and humor of your writing.
Awesome tower that I both climbed to the top in and also went all the way to the very bottom in. The narrator is really a highlight and helps to ensure whether you want to get the good end or are specifically aiming for something contrary. Sometimes gets chunky to read, and idea is to make a choice prompt where there's only one choice, but helps the reader break up the text (something like look around maybe)
I went right, lived through some Lewis Carroll-esque logic puzzling only to be tormented by beast after beast and a fun, but antagonistic, narrator that I ultimately disappointed. I ultimately chose my ending because I felt goaded on by the narrator and I was happy to disappoint them 😇 Very pleased with my playthrough. Didn't experience any issues. For me, the most enjoyable part of the experience was the consistency of the humorous narrator. The tone was very fun, especially when I chose obviously poor choice in any given moment. Well done!
I needed to get to the top of the tower to obtain my greatest desire which is a mystery but there were a bunch of rooms and obstacles I had to get through. I got my deepest desire which happened to be a very yummy hot dog. The game played out very nicely, and I enjoyed being yelled at by the narrator. My favorite part was being chased by the lions up the stairs and then the rave rain crystals started and I was being yelled at and it was very action-packed.
RAAAAH BIRDS
i loved the narration, it almost felt like I was someones favorite character in a TV show and they were yelling at me through the screen. I played through both the winning and losing ending and both were awesome, but the birds were my favorite.
i obtain such an epic treasure. I did not want to listen to the narrator but eventually i learned that they were right. The text being broken up into tiny tiny paragraphs helped me be able to read the text better. I liked almost dying to the birds :D
I really enjoyed this!! The story is really fun, you explore a tower with an interesting Narrator explaining your every move. The way the Narrator speaks/the game is written really adds to the experience, as it adds intensity, humor and interest with every decision. Along with that, I really liked the humor in this game and it really made it enjoyable to play :D!! I also loved the part where you can climb up birds & you even end up getting a hotdog at the end!! Very fun :D
This was very fun, I liked the tone of it and was very determined to get to the top. I also enjoy how most of the options don't result in death, just a setback to getting to the top. It felt like a fun journey to see how many things i could do before reaching the end! super fun one
I went through many trials and tribulations in order to eat a really good hotdog. It was a silly text game and I had a lot of fun >:3c
